Training with SKARS

South Kesteven ARS is a registered RSGB exam centre and can offer training courses and examination for those wishing to obtain an amateur radio licence or wish to advance.

At SKARS, we believe in nurturing newcomers with one to one training. No need to wait for a course or sit in with multiple people. Work at your own pace. All training is Free of Charge to members of SKARS.

Examinations are held when required and our RSGB registered assessors will even oversee the examination for a single candidate. Konrad-Emery Ford (M0KVF), Darren Eaton (M0PYU) and Brian Hiley (M0YBX) are our registered assessors and trainers.

If you wish to take either a Foundation or Intermediate training courses, or if you are self taught and simply wish to apply to sit an exam and/or be assessed for the practical requirements we can offer this service, just let us know and we will arrange it (see contact page or use the contact form)
